This page explains how orders are placed, processed, confirmed, and managed on ktfpainting.com operated by KTF Painting Interior Exterior Specialist.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Customers may place orders directly through our website by selecting products and completing the checkout process. After submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your request.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. This confirmation indicates that your order has been successfully received, but it does not guarantee immediate shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Payment authorization issues
• Shipping restrictions or limitations

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

ORDER STATUS

Customers may receive updates on the following order stages:

• Order Received
• Processing
• Shipped
• Delivered

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to modify or update your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process.

If a cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you and offer one of the following options:

• Replacement with a similar item
• Partial shipment of available items
• Full or partial refund

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue and will provide a resolution such as replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
